Manic Monday at Conde Nast's Fashion Titles

New updates this morning reveal that the core fashion departments in the building were hit even harder than we'd initially suspected, with staff reductions at Glamour, Lucky and Style.com.

The mood throughout the building was quiet and somber as word spread that there had been at least a half-dozen layoffs at Glamour, five layoffs (including a few editors) at Lucky, and several high-profile layoffs at Style.com -- most prominently the much-beloved Candy Pratts-Price, whose contract with Style.com will apparently not be renewed, though she will remain on Vogue's masthead in a contributor capacity.

UPDATE: This morning, WWD reported that Glamour had, in fact, released closer to a dozen editors, including deputy editors Ellen Seidman and Maryellen Gordon (Gordon had been with the magazine 10 years, while Seidman was a former Glamour editor who'd returned to work under Cindi Lieve).
