Lady Gaga Lands MAC Campaign
Lady Gaga's over-the-top fashion exploits have finally paid off as she join the ranks of divas like Mary J. Blige and Fergie to become the face of the MAC AIDS Fund. Gaga, along with similarly flamboyant Cyndi Lauper, will star in the next campaign, debuting in February.
The campaign, called "From Our Lips," will a new MAC Viva Glam Gaga lipstick and a Viva Glam Cyndi Lipstick that will each retail for $14 each, with 100 percent of the proceeds going to the MAC AIDS fund which has raised more than $135 million since 1994. The real question, of course, is what shade of lipstick will bear each singer's name -- past shades of Viva Glam have run the gamut from the original bold red to the latest pearly plum. We're betting there'll be some gold shimmer involved this round.
