With her undeniably girly, gum-smacking aesthetic, Jessica Simpson's hand in lingerie, through the Camuto Group, promises to be a perky turn for the reality starlet and relentless mass-market moneymaker. In a Q&A with WWD, SImpson hinted at a varied line of regular and full-figure bras and matching undies, as well as sleepwear influenced by preppy, floral and Moroccan patterns alike.
While the idea of Simpson designing plus-size bras does seem ripe for daytime-TV mockery, we're kind of looking forward to seeing Ms. Simpson's skivvies (her shoes ain't bad!) and can't help but think that Daddy will be prouder than ever.
