Walking down a red carpet right after Emmy Rossum must feel pretty defeating -- the girl really can do no wrong, formal dress-wise. Case in point: the rich honey-hued silk dress she wore to the Fashion Group International's Night of Stars at Cipriani last night.

Granted, she might not be much of a risk taker (when was the last time you saw her wearing a dress and thought: "Gutsy! I like it!"), but at the same time she knows what works for her and keeps it sophisticated to a fault. Her updo is perfectly tousled, the color really suits her, and the knotted-and-draped details around the neckline have a romantic, goddess-y look.
