John Dempsey, the Estee Lauder Group President, confirmed last Friday that the partnership between M.A.C. and Milk Studios in Chelsea during New York Fashion Week will continue for two years -- long after the Bryant Park tents move to Lincoln Center come next September for the Spring 2011 collections.

Apparently, he also told New York Magazine that M.A.C. will also be a sponsor at the new Lincoln Center location debuting next year, though the makeup will not be backstage. There were a lot of rumors swirling when the M.A.C. at Milk partnership debuted that the impetus for the collaboration was actually M.A.C. being replaced by Maybelline as the lead sponsor at the Bryant Park tents, so the fact that M.A.C. will be doing double-duty -- acting as a sponsor at Lincoln Center and as a partner at Milk Studios -- definitely tips the scale in the brand's favor in terms of Fashion Week domination.
