Director Ron Howard is compiling a massive cast for his upcoming comedy "Cheaters," starring Vince Vaughn.

Channing Tatum and Queen Latifah are the latest stars to climb aboard the infidelity comedy, which also stars Kevin James, Winona Ryder and Jennifer Connelly.

"I'm going to shoot a Ron Howard comedy. Ron Howard, Vince Vaughn producing," Tatum told MTV yesterday. "I just came on kind of late so I don't exactly even know the whole cast."

Meanwhile, in another part of the country...

"I'm doing a role in this film with Vince Vaughn, called Cheaters, that shoots in Chicago this summer. Ron Howard is directing that. It will be exciting to work on that with those guys. It's going to be funny," Queen Latifah revealed during an online chat hosted by ESPN.

The plot revolves around Vaughn's character struggling with whether or not to let his best friend know that his wife is cheating on him. It's hard to imagine what the tone of this film will be, as Vaughn does nothing but straight comedy, while Howard hasn't done funny in about 25 years.
