Splitsville: Ryan Reynolds Lists Former Love Nest

It was only a matter of time before Ryan Reynolds officially listed the love nest he once shared with now ex-wife Scarlett Johansson. The Hollywood couple, who officially divorced last year after three years of marriage, hoisted onto the market their Buff & Hensman-designed Wong House with a steep $3.65 million list price, reports the L.A. Times

The former couple bought the posh Los Feliz spread for $2.9 million just a couple of months before announcing their divorce in December 2010 after three years of marriage. According to the L.A. Times, the $1,000 per square foot was considered high for the area at the time.

While no interior photos are available of the home where ScarJo and RyRey spent their better days, the crib features two bedrooms, three bathrooms, a living room, den, library and dining room.

Although it's unclear whether the couple even shacked up in this contemporary pad as man and wife, they apparently spent the last year upgrading and restoring the digs to make it more eco-friendly, including adding solar power. Perhaps, the inflated price (according to Zillow, the media list price of homes in Los Feliz was $950,000 through November 2011) is serving to offset the cost the couple poured into making their old love nest more green.

Reynolds could use the extra cash since he's rumored to be looking at some swanky Manhattan apartments with his new woman of the hour, Blake Lively.
