Pierce Brosnan may have smoothly defeated all the bad guys as 007, but his foray into real estate has been anything but effortless. Brosnan, who is the fifth actor to portray James Bond in the official film series, finally unloaded his Malibu estate after a year and a half on the open market, reports the L.A. Times. Brosnan and wife Keely Shaye Smith fetched $2.79 million for the beachfront house, which is far less than their initial $3.9 million asking price.
