    We've all seen cartography as a worldly way to embellish walls in catalogs, magazines and on the interwebs. But in this Apartment Therapy roundup, we spotted two unusual examples of maps as decor. In this bedroom by ELLE DECOR-approved interior designer Steven Gambrel, depictions of coastlines serve as striking wallpaper, adding a nautical vibe to the space. Better yet are the road maps (shown below), which are inset into kitchen cabinets. The charts bring whimsy while sprucing up bland wood cupboards.
