David Hyde Pierce, who is most known for portraying Dr. Niles Crane on the long-running series Frasier, just listed his Spanish Colonial estate located in the Los Feliz area of Los Angeles, reports Forbes. The actor meticulously restored the crib in 2004 and the improvements are apparent in every stunning room in the house. Such a sweet home though doesn't come cheap. The Emmy-winning actor has his estate listed on the open market for a whopping $7.5 million.
