40 Percent Off Sheryl Crow's Tennessee Farm

A change would do her good, and all Sheryl Crow wants to do is change locations and sell her equestrian farm. The nine-time Grammy Award winning artist first listed Cross Creek Farm in March 2010 for $7.5 million, but even with an internet auction for the estate late last year, the singer-songwriter still has not been able to find a buyer for the rural pad.
