The Vivian Girls, Brooklyn's finest purveyors of feedback-coated heartbreak, have been taking some time off from the band to focus on other interests of late.
Cassie Ramone has been playing with her other band The Babies, and Kickball Katy has been working on a tech start-up and recently unveiled her Vivian-centric Choose Your Own Adventure Game, which is more addictive than you might imagine.
But they're getting the band back together tonight for a free show at Gansevoort Plaza, which is on the Highline near Hudson Street.
