Jay-Z Announces 7,000 $30 Tickets for Barclays Concerts

Tickets for all three shows will be available Friday starting at 10 a.m.

With tickets set to go on sale Friday for Jay-Z's opening night concert at the Barclays Center on Sept. 28, the artist has announced two additional concerts on Sept. 29 and 30.

Tickets for all three shows will be available Friday starting at 10 a.m. through ticketmaster. More than 7,000 tickets per show will cost less than $30, says Live Nation, who is producing the concerts.

Jay-Z, a Brooklyn native, is a part owner of the Brooklyn Nets, who are set to start playing their first season at the Barclays Center this fall.

“Jay-Z is Brooklyn and is the definitive artist to open Barclays Center,” said Barclays Center CEO Brett Yormark in statement. “We are thrilled that such an iconic world-class entertainer, not to mention a Brooklynite, will take the borough’s biggest stage on three consecutive nights for what will surely be a historic experience for all fans.”
