EVERY FRIDAY: Free Fruit Fridays -- Find our Go Healthy mobile food truck in New York City by following @GoHealthyNY every Friday. Free fruits and healthy snacks. More information here.

Every day until Sept. 30 free Ping Pong in Bryant Park. Bryant Park Ping Pong every day from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. at the northwest corner of the park until Sept. 30. Paddles and balls are provided free for those wanting to test their skills on state-of-the-art ping pong tables. If you bring your own paddles and balls, you can play after 7 p.m. More details here.
Every Wednesday until Aug. 12. Central Park Tours: From the Maine to the Mall This free one-hour walking tour explores the amazing creation of Frederick Law Olmstead and Calvert Vaux. According to park's department web site, you can meet up with your tour guides, the Urban Park Rangers, on the north side of Columbus Circle, 59th Street and 8th Avenue behind the Maine Monument. The tour starts at 11 a.m. every Wednesday, Thursday and Friday until Aug. 8th.
Thursday, August 11 to Monday, August 22 Walgreens Wellness Tour arrives in New York City for free health screenings.
Saturday, August 27 -- DIY Beauty Day with Maybelline, Garnier and essie. 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. at Ruschmeyer's Hotel, 161 Second House Rd., Montauk, NY 11954. Enjoy some fun in the sun at gorgeous Ruschmeyer’s where you will be transported back to your days at “summer camp” with activities such as ping pong and bocce. Following the event, guests will be treated to gift bags compliments of Maybelline New York, Garnier and essie. It’s summer at its best!
