Shop Morphs into Bag on the LES

The storefront at 94 Orchard Street seems to attract eponymous boutiques: Up until this past June, it housed Lower East Side institution Shop, and now it's been taken over by a new branch of the Nolita store Bag (which itself is a sister to footwear boutique Shoe.) Like Bag Nolita, Bag LES carries simple, high-quality leather goods by several smaller American brands as well as an in-house label called Relysh. We caught them on their third day open, so they're not entirely settled, but the place looks quite complete, with colorful bags and hats hanging from the walls and a smattering of shoes on a table. To celebrate the opening, they're offering 10% off anything in the store for the next month.
