New LIC Condo Building Still Looks Sharp

Broker-blogger Andrew Fine has shared some new interior renderings of 10-17 Jackson Avenue, the 33-unit triangular glass, steel, and aluminum experience at the corner of Vernon Boulevard and Jackson Avenue in Long Island City.
Some of the tricorn quirkiness continues into the building's lobby, though not, it appears, into the units themselves.
Fine notes that the kitchen counters in these renderings should actually be replaced with granite ones. And the shadow people should, of course, be replaced with yourselves.
