Finding Holiday Hotels Under $200
All Cabin Rooms at The Jane Go For $99

The hotel business is getting a little more affordable in Manhattan , with a number of deals floating around for under $200 through the holidays.
And even the Jane Hotel on the Hudson River has $99 rooms. All the time.
The Jane, which is the West Village conversion of the 200-room Waterfront Hotel, is still under construction but so far 60 of the cabin rooms are now available and the larger rooms will be open by the end of the year, according to a hotel spokeswoman.
Although the Jane has free wi-fi, all rooms share a communal bathroom down the hall.
Elsewhere, NewYorkology reports the Gem Hotel is Chelsea opened this week with rooms from $189.
TravelZoo found $149 rooms at the new Wyndham Garden Hotel Midtown Convention Center, and the Observer found rooms for $167 at the Paramount Hotel Times Square. QuikBook has a number of under-$200 deals for New York, including $160 at the Desmond Tutu Center.
