What to Eat at the P.S. 1 Warm Up, Launching Next Week
Updated 10:45 AM EST, Sat, Jun 27, 2009
Earlier this week, Williamsburg’s Vietnamese pop-up, Bep, wrote in to tell us that in addition to Mondays it’ll be taking over Simple Café Thursdays through Saturdays. And you know what other pop-up starts next weekend? Our old favorite, the P.S. 1 Warm Up!
The food offerings are simple as always, with the key being grilled burgers, dogs, corn, and, uh, chili (looks like no sangria Jell-O shots this year), but take a look just to psych yourself up for the lines. Also, remember the neighborhood has some new post-party options this year: Dutch Kills, Rooftop at the Ravel, and Studio Square.
