Karl Lagerfeld must be stopped. The designer has seriously been all over the map lately. First, he collaborated with Zaha Hadid to create a giant sci-fi orb-like pavilion in Central Park, then he unveiled his sumptuous new Russia-inspired looks for "Chanel metiers d'art" (a satellite collection he created in 2002, because, clearly, he doesn't already have enough to do), and now WWD reports he's even "moonlighting as a calendar photographer." Turns out the Italian Marie Claire (Maria Claro?) commissioned the designer to shoot Eva Herzigova in a series of tantalizing shots for a calendar to be sold along with their January issue.

Karl Lagerfeld. Fashionologie revealed some of the details about the film on Monday—spoiler alert: look for Lithuanian model Edita Vilkeviciute to play the part of Chanel, with Amanda Harlech and Tallulah Ormsby-Gore in other short roles. While the film won't be released to the public until tomorrow, you can also get a sneak peek at the film itself on Fashionologie right now. And Karl, if you're listening: we hope you're sipping tea on vacation somewhere ...
