Who doesn't love summer Fridays? You get the excuse to dress down a little bit, swagger in carrying a little suitcase that says, "yeah, I'm going out of town this weekend," and, best of all, leave work early. Heck, even if you don't go anywhere, you can have a late lunch with a friend, go to a museum, or lie on a grassy knoll somewhere and let the week's stress roll off you.

In the spirit of all the good feelings that the phrase "summer friday" evokes, Ralph Lauren has designed a special, limited-edition series of polo shirts for Net-a-Porter's "Fashion Targets Breast Cancer" campaign (in partnership with the CFDA), which benefits the Susan G. Komen for the Cure foundation.

Here's the deal: The shirts come in five different summery colors--from basic white to ultra-vivid yellow--and are available for purchase right now on Net-a-Porter. Buy one and wear it on your next summer friday to show your support for the battle to combat breast cancer, as all net proceeds from the shirts will go to the Komen foundation and FTBC. So you can feel good about your special half-day AND your outfit. Now if only we'd get some sunshine one of these fridays ...

          Um, No: Tinsley Mortimer

Always taking style to the next level, socialite Tinsley Mortimer took the alarming trend of frothy, flowery embellishments and added some extra tiers. The result, alas, is more cake than fashion.
