Looks cool, doesn't it?

If you're not doing anything in this rainy weather, you may want to take a trip to the Upper West Side for the grand opening of New York's newest Apple store.

The store, located at 1981 Broadway, officially opened its doors at 10 a.m. The glitzy, cube-like building with glass staircases on West 67th boasts the single largest floor of Apple products anywhere in the entire world, according to Gothamist. It's also the first time an Apple store has had a roof made entirely of glass – one supported by 45-foot marble walls that reflect sunlight and enhance the customer experience.

Speaking of customers, about 100 can be served at any given time, reports Gothamist. The store will be open from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. every day and you don't even have to wait in line to buy your coveted purchases. Employees can seal the deal with an iPod touch.

And don't forget to bring your kids on your Apple adventures! The new store offers a slew of didactic workshops and free events, targeted primarily to those younger than 25. Tomorrow, for example, is Youth Day at the Apple store, where young people can make songs, movies, photo albums, presentations and experiment with all kinds of cool things.

Unfortunately, most of the workshops, which are offered every weekend, are already booked through the end of November. So either go online and sign up for the wait list or register for a workshop down the line. You won't be sorry.

Meanwhile, if you don't want to lollygag in the store, you can reserve iPods or Macs online or save a few minutes by booking a reservation before you go.

A spokesman for Apple told Gothamist there won't be any new stores in Manhattan for awhile but "stay tuned" for possible developments in Brooklyn.
