Rain Doesn't Dampen Spirits at the Village Halloween Parade

Thousands of Halloween revelers paraded up Sixth Avenue last night, costumed to the nines and in high spirits despite the rainy weather.
From Michael Jackson, to Bernie Madoff to ghouls, goblins, freaks and ghosts, the parade had a little bit of everything.
This year's event came with a history lesson: The parade honored the 400th anniversary of Henry Hudson's voyage along the river that's named after him.
