Hate 2008?

Then pack a bag with those worthless stock certificates, pink slips and drunken party pictures your ex posted on Facebook and get thee to Times Square this weekend.

The second annual Good Riddance Day is scheduled for Sunday, December 28 from 1 to 2 p.m. on Duffy Square.

You can make use of not just shredders and dumpsters -- but also sledgehammers.

"Passersby will also be invited to write their bad memories on stationery available on-site and watch as those awful recollections get sliced into shreds. The first 100 participants to show up in Times Square will receive a special gift with a Grand Prize of $250 awarded for the Most Creative," according to the Times Square Alliance, which is sponsoring the event.

And if you can't make it there in person, you can also submit your worst memory of 2008 online so it can be dumped into the Times Square shredder.

          Um, No: Tinsley Mortimer

Always taking style to the next level, socialite Tinsley Mortimer took the alarming trend of frothy, flowery embellishments and added some extra tiers. The result, alas, is more cake than fashion.
