As the Queen Elizabeth 2 makes her final visit to New York City on Thursday, it's not likely the shores of Manhattan will be lined with well-wishers for her pre-sunrise arrival. At times like these, it's handy to have a list of NYC's waterways webcams -- especially for other events such as Fleet Week, or if you just want to watch for visits by random submarines. Here's the list of the most reliable webcams offering views of the New York Harbor and nearby rivers:
